RISE WITH CUTTLEFISH

Wine: Vernaccia di Oristano

Ingredients: 400 g of rise, 300 g of cuttlefish, parsley, garlic, onion, extravirgin olive oil, water, salt, pepper

Clean the cuttlefish, wash and chop them into small pieces. Brown the oil in a pan with a mixture of garlic, onion and parsley; add the cuttlefish, brown hot heat, add salt, pepper and seive the rise. Brown it and then add hot water and stirring continuously, adding a little hot water until the cooking time is complete.
